The EIA Difference

Our primary concern and unrelenting focus is the client’s complete and total satisfaction. If we have been notified of any client dissatisfaction with our approach or the results of the engagement, and our attempts to correct the dissatisfaction have been unsuccessful, the client may terminate the engagement at will. The agreed-upon fee for the services of Excellence In Action, Inc., will be waived and the client can unilaterally set our compensation for the work completed.
